Posted Date: 09/17/26 (08:57 AM)

At Camden Fairview High School, hard work pays for Advanced Placement students.

During the September 16, 2026, Camden Fairview School Board meeting, the district celebrated students whose dedication produced outstanding results in Advanced Placement courses during the 2025–2026 school year. Through the district’s “AP Pays at CFHS!” initiative, each student received $100 for every AP exam on which they earned a qualifying score of 3 or higher. AP teachers will also receive $100 for each student who earned a qualifying score in their class.

A score of 3 or higher on an AP exam demonstrates college-level achievement and may earn students college credit at institutions across the country. The financial awards recognize the time, effort, and commitment required from both students and educators to succeed in these rigorous courses.

The following students earned the distinction of AP Scholars for earning qualifying scores on three or more AP exams throughout their time at CFHS:

  • Andrew Bostic
  • Taylor Davis Scaife
